Belton Fall Festival Vendor Application
Please call us at 816-425-2206, before submitting a Vendor Application. In order to maintain a fun environment for both our vendors and attendees, we try not to duplicate your food or product business. When you call us, we can confirm that your food or product does not overlap with a vendor who has already registered. It is first come first serve, so contact us as soon as possible to reserve your spot! Once you have contacted us, you can download both the Vendor Application and the Rules and Regulations. Complete the Vendor Application and mail it to 408 Main Street, Belton, MO. 64012 to finalize the reservation of your space.
Food vendors must provide a copy of a current Cass County Food Permit that is applicable for this event. A copy of the Cass County Health Permit must also be posted in their booth. A vendor selling any type of food must contact the Cass County Health Department and provide proof of insurance for this event. They must also provide a K class fire extinguisher.
If electricity is required the vendor agrees to provide a list of any items that will be connected to the electricity. They also agree to provide any UL approved grounded exterior cords, plugs, or other items that are required to connect to the electricity. They will also provide a fire extinguisher. NO SPACE HEATERS WILL BE PERMITTED. No generators permitted without prior written consent from the Belton Fall Festival Committee.
No refunds will be given for my rental payment. Booths must be set up at the designated time Friday and not removed until the festival closes Saturday. If a booth is not set up Friday, the booth space will be forfeited. Vendors must read and agree to follow the Belton Fall Festival Rules and Regulations.
