_____Vendor Booth Rental $85 (no electricity) for each 11’x11’ space

_____Vendor Booth Rental $95 (low electricity-lights only) for each 11’x11’ space

_____Vendor Booth Rental $105 (high electricity-anything other than just lights) for each 11’x11’ space

_____Non-Profit Booth Rental -$10 off each booth (we need a copy of your 501 status form)

_____Food Vendor Booth Rental $115 Includes electricity – this is for one 11’x11’ space

Food Vendors must provide a copy of a current Cass County Food Permit that is applicable for this event. A copy of the Cass County Health Permit must also be posted in your space. A Vendor selling any type of food must contact the Cass County Health Department and provide proof of insurance for this event. You must also provide a K class fire extinguisher. Food Vendors must be set up and ready to be meet with Cass County Health Department by _____o’clock for inspection.        ______initial for agreement

 

I, ______________________, state that the above information is correct to the best of my knowledge. I agree that the booth is considered to be rented to me only after this agreement has been signed, the agreed rental fee has been paid and has cleared, and the Belton Fall Festival Committee has received and approved my application. Once I have been approved, no refunds will be given for my rental payment. I agree that my booth will be set up at the designated time Friday and not removed until the festival closes Saturday. If I do not set up Friday, my booth space will be forfeited.

If electricity is required I agree to provide a list of any items that will be connected to the electricity. I also agree to provide any UL approved grounded exterior cords, plugs, or others items that are required to connect to the electricity. I will also provide a fire extinguisher. NO SPACE HEATERS WILL BE PERMITTED. No generators permitted without prior written consent from the Belton Fall Festival Committee.
